This uncomfortable feeling coming up means that there is a difference between your statement and what you actually believe about yourself. Currently you may notice Limiting Beliefs come up in your mind as in 1), but this is not really necessary.

You now realize that there is a Limiting Belief regarding your statement (your wish).

As soon as you know that there are limiting beliefs concerning a matter (a subject such as money, success, relationships), you will possibly want to get rid of them.
